- Ram's Village is more than just another student oriented apartment complex. It's a total living environment built entirely with your student's needs in mind. Our goal is to provide them with the best student living experience possible.
- What Sets Us Apart From The Rest
- Our apartments are fully appointed (that means your student only needs to bring their clothes, mac. and cheese, a spoon, etc.) and attractively furnished, creating an atmosphere that is as beautiful as it is comfortable. They'll also appreciate the efficiency of our floor plans, which not only provide plenty of room for storage, but also offers ample space for relaxing and studying. Each apartment features central air conditioning, forced air heat, as well as FREE! Cable and High-Speed Internet provided by Comcast.

- We realize your son or daughter may be living away from home for the first time. Our professional and friendly management team is dedicated to making you feel confident that your son or daughter is comfortable. Members of our team live on-site to provide them with 24-hour assistance. We offer maintenance requests and contact forms through our website, and we are just one phone call away, (970) 498-0206.
- Individual Leases & Roommate Matching
- Individual leases means your son or daughter (and the co-signor) are only liable for their own rent and are NOT liable for their roommates' rent. This is designed to give you an added peace of mind when it comes to choosing Ram's Village as the place for your student to live while he/she is away from home.

Is your student wanting to live in a larger apartment but lacking roommates to fill the extra bedroom(s)? No problem. When he/she applies our system will ask them if they need roommates, and if that's the case they will be directed to fill out a roommate questionnaire after filling out their application. This form will allow us to better match up our residents. Before roommates are assigned, they will be contacted from the front office to approve the assignment.

- I am visiting my son/daughter, how do I get a parking pass?
- No Problem! We have parking passes available each morning in the main office. Have your student stop by and pick one up so it will be ready on your arrival. Make sure they get there quick, parking passes are available on a first-come-first-served basis!
- What if my son/daughter needs to get out of their lease before the contract ends?
- If your student needs to get out of their lease early, they are responsible for finding a buyer and "assigning" their contract to that buyer. Please review the Lease Assignment document located under the Lease Documents tab on this page, and contact the office – we can help advertise that the room is available and may have other suggestions for you.
- Can we pay rent online?
- We are not accepting on-line payments at this time. You can mail a check directly to the office (be sure to include your student's name and apartment # on the payment), or if your bank provides an on-line bill pay service, you can schedule monthly rent payments for the contract term.
