submitted by Mark K. - |Recommended: YesGrateful parent — Property is a little older but very well mantained. Office staff has always answered the phone unlike many other properties around CSU where your calls get transferred to an answering service. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The entire application move in process was incredibly easy and went smoothly. Best of all, no surprise mystery fees. I highly recommend Rams Village.

submitted by Benjamin S. - |Recommended: YesIt's Pretty Good — It's a good property with lretty good noise reduction. Will ocassionally hear someone walking above or someone yelling by the pool. Aside from that it is a good place to live.
submitted by Hannah S. - |Recommended: YesHappily Surprised — Typically when you think of student housing, you imagine destroyed rooms and inadequate maintenance. I was so happy when my roommates and I arrived and were greeted by the welcoming staff, a clean and well-maintained apartment, and efficient, kind maintenance staff. Choosing to move into Ram's Village was the best decision I could have made as a college student. The apartments are affordable and accessible, and the amenities like the pool, laundry, recreation, and study spaces create a welcoming and relaxing environment that is much needed after long days in classes and at work. I couldn't be more grateful to the staff for their patience and dedication to helping residents. I highly recommend at least considering Ram's Village if you are a student, especially given the close proximity to the CSU Main Campus.

submitted by Ian H. - |Recommended: YesIan — Overall pretty good but carful when locking bikes as they are by the road and are easily stolen, Wish they would add bike racks in the center away from the road.
